Raôul Duguay is a famous poet and singer of the 70s. In Quebec, most people know his song “La Bittt à Tibi”, but very few of this generation know how important his multidisciplinary work has been to the evolution of the art in Quebec. This film, directed by one of his best friends, introduces all the aspects of this great artist, still very active for an 81 years old artist.

Yves Langlois

Yves Langlois is a screenwriter and director for over 30 years. He stood out with his documentaries, known for enlightening consciousness, and has received awards in many places around the world: Montreal, Toronto, New York, San Francisco, Lyon, Austin, Berkeley and Moscow. His work has been shown on several television channels worldwide. Among other things, he was given the prize of the Best committed documentary at the Festival des films sur les droits de la personne de Montréal. His films were broadcasted in numerous festivals, on Radio Canada, TVA, Télé-Québec, Super Écran, Canal "D", Canal-vie, TVO, TV5 and other tv channels in various countries.

About the festival

A true celebration of cinema and all its forms of expression, the Festival welcomes over 100 productions from some 30 countries, including short, medium and full-length features, documentaries, animated films, and fiction films. The Festival puts on quite a show, year after year!
