Eric Tessier
Eric Tessier was attracted to cinema at an early age. At the age of 13, he shot and edited his first short film en Super-8, which took him three years of perseverance. After studying film at Concordia University, he explored music videos and advertising. In 1998, he directed Viens dehors, a short film that won a prize at the Fantasia Festival. In 2003, his first feature film, Sur le seuil, became the most popular Quebec thriller in history. He directed the comedy Vendus in 2004 and, five years later, 5150, rue des Ormes. In addition to being very active in television, Eric Tessier directed the popular Les Pee Wee 3D in 2009 and its sequel, Junior Majeur, in 2017. In 2018, he directed the event series Fugueuse. He is also behind the camera for the sequel, Fugueuse 2, currently airing on TVA.
