François Desagnat directed his first feature film La Beuze in 2003 and a second, Les onze commandements, in 2004. In 2008, he directed the project 15 ans et demi, which allowed him to direct actor Daniel Auteuil. He then collaborated on the script of the animated film Lascars, released in June 17, 2009.
