Biographie

Éric Tessier

Born in1966, Éric Tessier was attracted very early on by Cinema. At 13, he shot and edited his first short film attiré in Super-8 which required three years’ perseverance. After studying film at Concordia University, he explored video and advertising. In 1998, he directed Viens dehors!, an award-winning short film at the Fantasia Festival. In 2003, his first feature film, Sur le seuil, became the most popular thriller in Quebec. He directed the comedy Vendus in 2004 and five years later 5150, rue des Ormes. In addition to being very active on television, Éric Tessier directed the popular Les Pee Wee 3D in 2009 and followed-up with, Junior Majeur.
