Biographie

Karl Lemieux

Karl Lemieux is a prolific director in Montréal’s experimental scene. His first short film, Passage (2008), won an award at the 24th Hamburg International Short Film Festival. His films, installations and performances have been presented in several international venues and festivals. In addition to being a member of the group Godspeed You! Black Emperor, he is the co-founder of the Double Negative Collective. Maudite Poutine is his first feature-length film.
