In a quest for a better life, Max, Léo and their mother Lucia crossed the border from Mexico into the United States. While waiting for Lucia to return from work, the kids build an imaginary universe with their drawings and think about mom's promise about going to Disneyland, the land of dreams. Director Samuel Kishi Leopo inspires himself from his childhood souvenirs to tell a story about immigration with explosive preciseness.
